- Online planner complete with optional worksheets. Plan more than 80% of your wedding with our forms. Simple and easy to use and always free with booking.
- We work with your other vendors to coordinate your event. Let us know who they are in your online planner and we will do the rest.
- We work with your wedding party prior to your event. Provide their names and email addresses in your online planner and we will contact them with specifics. A well informed wedding party is the best wedding party. Less confusion = successful event.
- We will attend your rehearsal if you want and go over all the aspects with your wedding party about the reception.
- Referral program worth 5% off your packaged rate for every booking we obtain through you. On average if you refer 20 bookings, your entire DJ package will have been refunded. It is like having us for free.
- Request music online. Choose from thousands of titles to be played at your event. Videos of almost every song is available.
- Guest music suggestions. Give your guests an opportunity to select music they want to hear the evening of your reception through their own online planner. Guests love to get involved this way. You always have the final say to okay the list.
- Weekly tips provided via email. Several documents to aid in the planning of your reception and alternatives for your bouquet/garter toss can be found in your online planner too. We provide song suggestions for all the formal dances.

Diamond Package - Starting At $1200
The "Diamond Package" is becoming a very popular package. This package includes all of the above with the most amount of prominent dance lighting provided. We recommend this package to those who want a high party type atmosphere.
Platinum Package - Starting At $900
The "Platinum Package" is our most popular package we offer. This package includes all of the above with moderate attractive dance lighting. We recommend this package to those who would like a little bit more, but at the same time not go overboard.
Gold Package - Starting At $800
The "Gold Package" is our least popular package we offer. This package includes all of the above with minimal dance lighting. We recommend this package to those who are having a very low-key wedding.
Trade Services Exchange Package - Varies In Value
This package includes your choice of any of the packages offered but with the possibility of a steep discount or the possibility of having your entertainment for FREE. In an economy such as ours, time and skills can become very valuable. The owner of Indispensable DJs recognizes your need for entertainment services while needing certain services from others for himself or for the company. Time is a valuable commodity and so are the skills of certain professionals. Ask yourself, what service can I offer to someone, what am I good at? Maybe you or your significant other is a skilled carpenter, drywaller, plumber, construction equipment operator, a typist, a painter, an auto body repair person, etc. These are all services that could be of value to us and provide you with a discount or FREE entertainment for your reception. About Our Rates
We only post the starting rates on our website for mainly two reasons:
A) We do not have a one size fits all pricing system. Although 95% of all events have the same rate, certain criteria can change the overall pricing. Discounts, any travel fees, venue fees, add on options, all have to be taken into consideration.
B) Competitors often raise their rates to match that of ours. This leads to many brides and grooms paying for services that our competitors cannot match. Even worse, some competitors charge more than our rates and still cannot match our overall service.

Discounts
We currently offer the following discounts:
- Service Personnel (5%): Automatic 5% off our rates for service personnel serving our country. This includes military personnel, police officers, and firefighters only. Documentation must be provided as proof. This offer can be combined with other discounts.
- 60 Day Post Deposit/Retainer Discount (5%): Take 5% off our rates when you pay remaining balance in full at least 60 days post contract creation date. This is a limited time offer. Valid only 90 days or more prior to the event date. Cannot be used for Gold Package.
- 30 Day Post Deposit/Retainer Discount (10%): Take 10% off our rates when you pay remaining balance in full at least 30 days post contract creation date. This is a limited time offer. Valid only 90 days or more prior to the event date. Cannot be used for Gold Package.
