Premium:  The "Premium Package" is a very popular package we offer.  This package includes our attractive lighting as well as music.  We recommend this package to those who want a high party type atmosphere.

The "Premium Package" includes:

  • DJ/MC
  • DJ assistant
  • Professional sound system
  • Variety of music
  • Prominent professional lighting system
  • Face-To-Face consultation prior to booking (if requested - estimated 1 hour or less)
  • Face-To-Face consultation prior to event (final detail planning - estimated 1 hour)
  • All paperwork (contract, planning guide, etc. - estimated 5 hours)
  • All preparation work (contacting other vendors, venue visitation, arrange music playlist - estimated 5 hours)
  • Load in of equipment at venue (estimated 30 minutes)  
  • Setup of equipment at venue (estimated 3 hours)
  • Musical Entertainment (estimated 5 to 6 hours)
  • Teardown of equipment at venue (estimated 1 hour 30 minutes)
  • Load out of equipment at venue (estimated 45 minutes)

Total estimate: 22 - 24 hours goes into your event not including travel time.

Enhanced:  The "Enhanced Package" is our most popular package we offer.  This package includes our attractive lighting as well as music.  We recommend this package to those who would like a little bit more, but at the same time not go overboard.

The "Enhanced Package" includes:

  • DJ/MC
  • DJ assistant
  • Professional sound system
  • Variety of music
  • Prominent professional lighting system
  • Face-To-Face consultation prior to booking (if requested - estimated 1 hour or less)
  • Face-To-Face consultation prior to event (final detail planning - estimated 1 hour)

ABOUT OUR RATES:

Rates are not posted on our website for mainly two reasons:

A) We do not have a one size fits all pricing system. Although 95% of all events have the same rate, certain criteria can change the overall pricing. Discounts, any travel fees, venue fees, add on options, all have to be taken into account.

B) Competitors often raise their rates to match that of ours.  This leads to many brides and grooms paying for services that our competitors cannot match. Ironically, some competitors charge more than our rates and still cannot macth our overall service.
